Karneval - A Resounding Success

The weather was perfect, and there was just the right mix of good food, activities for all ages, and entertainment that the whole family could enjoy.

Entertainment included Adelaide Fringe performers, 360 ALLSTARS, who on their opening night of the Adelaide Fringe brought high energy, action and acrobatics to inbarendi and lived up to their reputation as quality performers of a world caliber status. 

Our very own old scholars and talented local performers Ella & Sienna featured on the main stage with a selection of original songs and Taylor Swift greats, and the soulful tones of Zac Eichner filled the evening with powerful ballads.

Karneval is Cornerstone’s new annual event and was made possible by the valued partnerships we have within our community. We are grateful to Adelaide Hills Farmers Market who featured over twenty stalls in a twilight market and The Science Collective’s, SciFi Bri who entertained kids of all ages with the interactive and highly entertaining science show ‘Fire & Froth’.

The event also featured carnival rides including the fast paced Sizzler, the Tea Cup ride, and the Safari Train plus our community partners Mt Barker Little Athletics, Sturt Football Club, and Adelaide Hills Hockey Club and Cornerstone College partners Beyond Bank, Duttons, and HILS (Hills Integrated Lutheran Schools). The evening was action packed and definitely one to add to your calendar for next year!
