Are you a dynamic and creative leader with a passion for community engagement, strategic marketing, and authentic storytelling? Cornerstone College is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead our Community Relations Team in promoting the heart and identity of our College.

About the Role

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives that reflect the College’s mission and values. You’ll lead a small, passionate team and work closely with the Principal and Executive Team to ensure enrolment sustainability and community connection.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading strategic marketing and branding initiatives

Overseeing the development of high-quality publications and digital content

Managing the College website and social media presence

Supporting enrolment growth through targeted campaigns and events

Building strong relationships with media, alumni, and community partners

Coordinating College-wide communications and public relations strategies


What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or public relations (highly desirable)

Proven leadership and team management experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong project and event management capabilities

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital media tools

Alignment with Christian values and the ethos of Lutheran education
