Job Description Head of Learning and Innovation




About the Role


Lead the College's learning and innovation strategy, grounded in evidence-based practice and cognitive science.

Mentor and coach Learning Leaders to build capacity and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Oversee curriculum design, assessment reform, and digital learning initiatives.


What You'll Bring


Extensive experience in educational leadership, ideally in middle and senior years.

Deep understanding of adolescent learning, ACARA v9, and evidence-based teaching.

Proven ability to lead change with clarity, compassion, and courage.

A commitment to the values of Lutheran education and the Growing Deep framework.
