Commencing in term 2, 2026, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Senior School. This is a pivotal role providing strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for Years 10–12, ensuring a culture of excellence in learning and wellbeing.
About the Role
Shape the spiritual life of the College, modelling Christian faith and Lutheran values.
Drive a culture of high expectations, wellbeing, and restorative practices across the Senior School.
Provide dynamic leadership in pastoral care while building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Lead data-driven strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
