About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusive Education Support Officer (2 positions) to strengthen inclusive practice across the College and support the learning and participation of all students. Working under the guidance of the Inclusive Education Leader, you will partner with teachers to implement universal supports and agreed adjustments and provide targeted in‑class and small‑group assistance when required, enabling students to access learning with dignity, agency and high expectations.
The role also includes administrative duties that support the effective running of the Inclusive Education Learning Area, team and processes, including word processing, data entry, report generation, photocopying, filing and other general administrative tasks as required.
The Inclusive Education Support Officer will maintain effective and ongoing communication with relevant staff, sharing observations and coordinating support to ensure inclusive practices are consistent and that the best opportunities are readily available to all students across the College.
