People & Culture Manager

About the Position

The People and Culture Manager is responsible for leading all Human Resources functions and initiatives across the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the implementation of HR best practices.

The role is central to enhancing workforce capability and organisational culture in alignment with strategic goals. This includes planning, organising, while providing high-level specialist advice on a broad range of matters. 

With a strong focus on people-centred leadership, the role promotes excellence in HR systems, processes, and service delivery to ensure that employees are supported, engaged, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s mission and values.
