Policy Support Officer

About the Position
The Policy Support Officer is responsible for providing administration support in the areas of developing policies and procedures for implementation for a group of schools in South Australia that are part of the Lutheran (LESNW) network, in order to assist managing risk and compliance.
The Policy Support Officer will assist the work of members of the Executive Team and other staff, through the Business Manager in each College, to continually develop and improve a suite of risk and policy documents and facilitate successful implementation, for both Colleges.

Key Responsibilities include
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk and compliance systems as a trusted source of truth for managing risk, compliance and policy across multiple schools.
· Assist department leaders in their development of policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance.
· Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Manager and Property Managers as they carry out their responsibilities to ensure compliance for each College.
· Support the Risk and Compliance Manager as they communicate new releases to staff and build awareness of the risk and compliance systems.
