This year we welcomed Dale Hoffman to Cornerstone College as Wellbeing Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Dale’s role includes the continuing development and effective implementation of the Pastoral Care program, which involves the formation, development and mentoring of House Leaders in their leadership and care of the student body, founded in the Lutheran ethos of the College and guided by programs that encourage student development and wellbeing.

About me: I have lived in the Adelaide Hills for 15 years and have lived in Mount Barker for 10 of those years. My wife Jane is also a member of staff at Cornerstone. We have two children, Lilliana and Josiah who attend St Mark’s Lutheran School. We have two dogs, two cats and a pony. As a family, we are involved in Pony Club, Mt Barker District Little Athletics and the German Arms Basketball Team.

Passion for working at Cornerstone: I am truly thankful that I have been provided with the opportunity to work at Cornerstone College.

To serve young people and their families in the community in which I live is something that is very special to me and I am excited about working with all members of the College Community to ensure that we provide the best outcomes for everyone.
