The Spencer Gulf King Prawn Fishery is the first prawn fishery in the Asia Pacific region to be certified sustainable by the internationally recognised Marine Stewardship Council.

Great Taylors Bay Smoked Salmon

Tassal Great Taylors Bay Tasmanian Smoked Salmon is top of the range when it comes to smoked salmon. It is made from superb Atlantic Salmon, grown in the crystal clean waters of the Great Southern Ocean – off the southern coasts of Tasmania.

Once harvested, the salmon is gently smoked using traditional methods to produce a smooth, delicately smoked flavour balanced with the richness of the Atlantic Salmon species. The salmon is finely sliced & vacuum sealed for freshness.
